PANDA-GRAPHICS

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Using this website

This website presents PANDA-GRAPHICS design services and sample work. You may browse the site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or present the site content or portfolio samples as your own work.

Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A project begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and revision process have been agreed through a written project confirmation.

Client materials

You are responsible for ensuring that text, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials you provide may legally be used for your project. You grant PANDA-GRAPHICS permission to use those materials only to discuss, create, and deliver the requested work.

Deliverables and revisions

Deliverables, file formats, timelines, and included revisions depend on the confirmed project scope. Additional revisions, new concepts, source files, rush work, or changes after approval may require a separate agreement.

Portfolio and samples

Portfolio samples on this website are for reference and inspiration. A commissioned design will be created for the client’s approved brief and may differ from a sample. Samples may include visible watermarks and may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other services open third-party platforms. Their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, and account requirements are outside PANDA-GRAPHICS’ control.

Limitations

The website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. PANDA-GRAPHICS aims to keep the site accurate and available but does not guarantee that every page, link, sample, or third-party service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Updates

These terms may be updated as services or website features change. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use.
